Listen to this article:
I know what you want (Cool headline, right?)
I know what you want. You want to be successful in the film business or in marketing. Really successful. Big projects, big studios, big movies.
It’s not just about financial success, it’s about recognition. It’s about other people recognizing your talent. It’s about finally being able to do what you want to do: work creatively and make a living from it.
We all dream of that.
Everyone wants to be successful.
Everyone wants to be a successful actor or director.
Everyone.
Now for the million-dollar question: How can we achieve this? How can you achieve this?
What was your last big project?
Let’s look at the problem from the other side. Let’s look at the situation from the studio’s perspective.
Let’s say a studio has bought a successful novel, a million-selling bestseller, and wants to make a movie out of it.
So far, so good.
Now the studio is looking for people who can make this project happen. Who will the studio hire? It’s simple. Real stars. The well-known director, the successful actor, the award-winning cinematographer. The same goes for all other important positions. The better known, the more famous, the more successful, the better.
All other “technical” positions are filled according to budget. Here, the rule is: the cheaper, the better. All the money goes to the stars at the top, the rest is paid according to standard rates.
With these stars and these millions, a “film package” is then put together. The studio then goes public with the package: The new million-dollar movie! Stars! Oscar winners! A million-dollar budget! It’s going to be a hit!
What does that mean for you?
The studio is interested in you if you’re famous, if you’re successful, if you can sell movie tickets for them.
When are you successful? When your last project was successful.
That’s the answer. You need a successful project.
You need a recent success, then everyone will want to work with you.
No success, no interesting project? No one will hire you.
You need a successful project!
This could be a successful project
Have you read this far, up to this paragraph? Congratulations, because now it really gets going. But here’s the short version: We have an interesting story, we have some budget (100,000 euros), and we would like to make a good film.
We are looking for talent. Your talent.
What’s in it for you if you work with us?
If the film turns out to be terrible, then there’s nothing in it for you.
But if we deliver something really good, then you’ll be part of a successful project.
Your successful project.
Sounds exciting? Then please read on. But be careful, because now it gets dangerous…

1. Desire
We all desire something. Success, money, prestige. One person wants to earn millions, only then will they be happy. Another sets themselves the goal of climbing the highest mountains in the world.
For creative people… it’s different. Creative people want two things: for others to appreciate their work and enough money to continue being artistically active.
The first question: Do you have these two desires?
If so, then please read on.
2. Something great
Those who work in creative professions will quickly realize that true creativity is often not desired. Colleagues and customers usually want “more of the same” or “nothing that would scare some people away.”
Creativity that inspires people? Better not, unfortunately it costs too much.
Creativity that requires too much time and effort? Better not, we won’t have the time for it.
And so the next commercial is created, looking just like the hundreds before it. The next article, sounding just like the article before it. And the hundredth book that is similar to “Harry Potter” or the thousandth crime novel with the same theme.
Slowly, slowly, we accept this. We slow ourselves down, restrain ourselves. We make ourselves small.
But deep down, the desire still burns within us: we would like to create something GREAT, something that INSPIRES people. We would like to show our CREATIVITY.
The second question: … would you like to create something extraordinary?
If so, please read on.
3. If someone would give me a chance …
There is a phrase I hear over and over again … if someone would give me a chance, then I could finally …
There are people who are very talented, who have extraordinary abilities, but who have not yet found an opportunity to show their talent.
If you finally want a chance to show your abilities, then here is an opportunity for you.
The third question: If only someone would give me a chance… Have you often thought that?
If so, then please read on.
The 100,000 Euro Plan
The goal is to make a film that will find an audience worldwide. A film that viewers will say cost millions to make. A film produced by a Hollywood studio.
A film that touches people emotionally all over the world.
With the budget we have, that’s impossible. Completely impossible; we would need many, many millions for that. And we don’t have that. We have 100,000 euros. We will try to increase this amount with the help of sponsors and worldwide crowdfunding. That will help, but the budget will still remain very modest.
However, there is a way to make this dream come true.
If we can find a group of people who are willing to put their enthusiasm and creativity into this project.
Your enthusiasm.
Your creativity.
Your talent.
If you dream of film, if you want to get started in the film business, then there is an opportunity here and now.

What is the film about?
The name of the film is “Death Zone V.” A group of elite soldiers, experts in mountain combat, try everything they can to prevent the next big war. They are willing to sacrifice everything for it, even their own lives.
Everyone starts somewhere
This film in Kufstein offers you an opportunity to get into the film business. The film is being produced here in Kufstein. Not in Berlin, not in London, not in Hollywood.
Everyone starts somewhere. What we are looking for is talent—your talent and your willingness to work intensively on this film for many weeks. Here you have the opportunity to showcase your talent in all areas of film production.
Would you like to learn something new and gain experience? Then you’ve come to the right place.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for creative people who enjoy working on a big project.
Are you creative and want to design something? Cool, we need you.
Are you creative and want to work in marketing? Cool, we need you.
Do you have a great voice, a creative mind, and can you create works of art? Cool, we need you.
Are you interested in: design, the internet, advertising, marketing, writing, filming, creating, printing, designing, costumes, sound, special effects…? Cool, we need you.
Do you enjoy working in marketing?
Then you’ve found a real challenge here.
• Promoting the film.
• Launching a global crowdfunding campaign
• Finding sponsors worldwide
• Promoting the film on social media platforms worldwide
• And a few hundred more tasks…
You are the next YouTube star
Everyone wants to be a YouTube star. Everyone is looking for a really great idea for a new YouTube channel.
We use YouTube as an advertising platform for the film. We show the whole world how the film is made. Every week!
Something goes wrong? You’re live on YouTube. A new sponsor says yes? Off to YouTube with it. Every drama, every success, every step forward – everything is online.
Thousands and thousands of people around the world dream of making their own film. On our YouTube channel, you can experience the production of the film live.
If you’ve always wanted to be a YouTube star and were just waiting for a brilliant idea:
Here’s the idea!
(Now would be a good time to sign up to work on the film…)
I’d love to work on it, but I don’t dare…
You say it all sounds very interesting, but I don’t dare to contact you. I don’t even know if I’m good enough or if I have enough talent.
It’s your life and it’s your decision. I can’t and won’t make that decision for you. I’m also not interested in “persuading” you in any way.
There are really only two questions you can ask yourself.
1. Do I want to work creatively?
2. Would I like someone to give me a chance?
Only you can answer these questions. Only you can decide whether to send an email or not.
Oh, and by the way, here’s the email address…
What if we fail?
Then we fail. Then it wasn’t enough. Not enough budget, not enough experience, not enough talent.
There’s no shame in failing. It’s just a shame when we’re so afraid of failing that we don’t even try.
We could also wait until the next perfect opportunity comes along.
That’s also an idea, but we may have to wait a very, very long time for that opportunity.
Or that perfect opportunity may never come.
Here’s an opportunity. Your opportunity.
Thank you for reading this long article so far
I can’t promise you success. I can’t promise that the film will be a success.
But I can work for it.
Every day.
With creative people.
Maybe soon with you, too.
